Lisa is a recovering people pleaser, who grew up a pastors kid, got married, became a science teacher then stay-at-home mom, only to discover that following the good girls rulebooks got me less happiness and a heaping pile of anxiety and depression. At 37, I questioned everything, admitted a wildly uncomfortable truth, came out, flipped life on its head, and discovered that the truth, really will, set you free.
